Delhi NCR Monsoon Forecast: The situation in Delhi NCR is still bad due to heavy rains in the past few days. Heavy rains with thunder and lightning have been falling in these areas for the past day, due to which it difficult to walk, let alone drive a vehicle, due to waterlogging on the roads and highways.
The speed has completely stopped due to heavy rains. Due to the rise in the Yamuna River, water has also filled the nearby houses. Due to the Yamuna flowing above the danger mark, people have been shifted to relief camps.

The situation remains critical in Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram. The traffic system is also breaking down in the waves of water. There is no relief from rain in Delhi NCR yet. An alert of heavy rain has been issued in these areas till 6 September.
No relief in Delhi NCR
There is no hope of getting relief from rain in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad. The Indian Meteorological Department has still issued an orange alert for these areas. Looking at the weather conditions, the IMD warned that a heavy rain alert has been issued in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, for the next few hours.

This is the reason why the local administration has declared a holiday for government and non-government schools from nursery to class 12. The Yamuna River is flowing one meter above the danger mark. The Yamuna market area is completely submerged in water. The transport system is completely disrupted. The administration is helping people on a large scale and taking them to safe places.
The situation is also bad in Noida and Ghaziabad.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no hope of getting relief from rain for a few days. It was already predicted that there would be heavy rain in September, the effect of which has been seen since September 1. After the rain on Monday, the situation in Gurugram remains very bad. The water accumulated on the roads is not coming out.
The traffic system has completely collapsed. The speed of vehicles is crawling on the roads. The situation is worse due to continuous rain in Delhi and the surrounding areas. The rainfall figure has crossed 1000 mm.
