To make farmers self-reliant and modern, the Madhya Pradesh government is giving a subsidy on agricultural equipment through “E-Krishi Yantra Anudan.”

The aim of this scheme is to increase farming productivity by giving technical help to farmers. The government is giving subsidy on selected machines such as Automatic High Ground Clearance Sprayer (Boom Type), Power Weeder, Cleaner-cum-Grader, Fertilizer Broadcaster, and Mini Dal Mill. Eligible farmers can apply from 18 August 2025, while the last date to apply for the Mini Dal Mill is 27 August 2025. This scheme will reduce costs for farmers and help increase their income. Objective of the Scheme

This step by the Madhya Pradesh government is to make farming modern with advanced agricultural machines. The main aim of the scheme is to promote mechanisation in rural areas and move away from old traditional farming. This will help farmers in many ways:

Save time and labor in farming work.

Increase productivity.

Improve crop quality.

Increase farmers’ income.

This scheme is very useful for small and marginal farmers who find it hard to buy modern machines.

List of Beneficiary Equipment

The machines that get subsidy through the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal are:

  1. Automatic High Ground Clearance Sprayer (Boom Type): Useful for spraying pesticides and fertilizers. Available only in selected districts.
  2. Power Weeder: Useful for removing weeds and cleaning the field.
  3. Cleaner-cum-Grader: Used for cleaning and grading grains to improve product quality.
  4. Fertilizer Broadcaster: Helps spread fertilizer evenly, saves fertilizer, and improves crop yield.
  5. Mini Dal Mill: Used for processing pulses at home level for farmers.

Application Process

  • Online Application: Apply only on the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal.
  • Application with Security Deposit: Farmer must make a Demand Draft (DD) from their own bank in the name of the Assistant Agriculture Engineer of the district. Without DD, application is not valid.
  • Target and Lottery: Targets are set based on applications. Selection is done through lottery. Information will be published separately.
  • District Details: Contact details of Assistant Agriculture Engineer of each district are on the portal.

Important Instructions

  • Make DD from your own bank account only.
  • A farmer can apply for only one machine.
  • Enter Aadhaar number and land record correctly while applying.
  • All selections are done by lottery for transparency.
