BSF HCM Result 2025. Border Security Force (BSF) has released the results of PET and PST exams related to Head Constable Ministerial, Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Steno and Havildar Clerk Recruitment in Assam Rifles. Candidates can visit the official website of BSF rectt.bsf.gov.in to check their result. The commission has also released the list of shortlisted candidates along with the results, who will now get a chance to appear in the written examination.

When was the exam held?

The advertisement for recruitment to these posts was issued on 8 June 2024, and the last date to apply was 8 July 2024. After this, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) were conducted from 17 March 2025 to 2 June 2025 at various examination centres.

How many candidates passed?

According to the results of the PET and PST exams, for ASI Steno / Combatant Steno posts, a total of 8,526 candidates were successful. So for Head Constable (Ministerial / Combatant) CAPF and Havildar Clerk posts in Assam Rifles, about 2,67,041 candidates were provisionally shortlisted for the next stage, i.e. written examination.

BSF HCM Result 2025: What will happen next?

Candidates who have passed in PET and PST will now appear in the written examination (CBT). This exam will be conducted as a completely online computer-based test.

According to BSF, admit cards for the written examination will be issued to the eligible candidates on time. Candidates will be able to download these admit cards from the official website only. The date of the admit card will be announced soon, so candidates should keep visiting the website regularly.

Process after the written examination

Candidates who are successful in the written examination will have to undergo a further selection process, which includes:

Skill Test – As per the standards prescribed for typing or stenography.

Document Verification (DV) – Verification of all educational and identity documents of the candidates.

Medical Examination – In the final stage, the health test of the candidates will be conducted.

The final merit list of the candidates who will be successful in all these stages will be prepared, and the candidate will be appointed on the basis of the same.
