Design and Display: Top-of-the-Line Curved AMOLED
The Super 26 Ultra has a 6.78-inch 3D-curved AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a silky-smooth 144Hz refresh rate. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen, which also presents itself with durability and rich images for gaming, streaming, and everyday use. The brand highlights that the phone offers smooth and consistent performance for up to six years, hence being one of the most reliable smartphones in its category. The phone’s thin 6.8mm thickness and curved edges offer a premium touch without any compromise on the larger battery’s hidden integration.
Performance: Unisoc Power with IceCool Tech
Internally, the smartphone is powered by the 6nm Unisoc T7300 processor. While not as brutish in terms of raw power as flagship Snapdragon or Dimensity chips, itel compensates for that with the 10-layer IceCool Tech cooling system that maintains performance at a stable level over long periods of use. This allows users to multitask, browse, or play low-to-moderate games without worrying about overheating. Combined with efficient hardware optimization, the Super 26 Ultra aims for a well-balanced performance that suits its target segment.
Battery and Durability: Long Life in a Slim Body
Super 26 Ultra is one of the most important smartphones with one of the largest 6,000mAh batteries, which gives extended usage without frequent charging. Despite having a battery so large, the phone itself is rather thin, with a thickness of only 6.8mm. Additionally, it also features an IP65 rating, giving it some protection against dust and low-pressure water jets. To further render it user-friendly, itel introduces an AI Rainproof Touch capability that allows individuals to move their fingers effortlessly across the screen even when they have wet hands.
Variants, Price, and Availability
The Super 26 Ultra is available in two storage options: ₦227,700 (approximately $148) for 128GB and ₦257,300 (approximately $168) for 256GB. Buyers have Silver, Blue, Gold, and Grey color options. Pre-orders are available from August 28 to September 14, 2025, and there is a deposit of ₦5,000 (~$3.26). Deliveries and in-store pickups begin on September 15, and the pre-order customers also receive additional perks valued at ₦156,300. Update on availability will be shared via email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
Bonus Launch: itel Zeno 20 in India
Alongside the Super 26 Ultra, itel also brought the Zeno 20 to India as a rugged yet budget-conscious choice. The Zeno 20 features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate, is driven by the Unisoc T7100 chipset, and paired with Android 14 Go Edition for performance without heft. Packing 4GB of RAM (expandable through virtual RAM), 128GB storage, and a 5000mAh battery, the Zeno 20 caters to first-time users who want long battery life and a durable phone.
