Currently, there are 140 hospitals listed in Delhi under this scheme, including both government and private. The government plans to add 70 more large private hospitals in the next 10 days. So far, the government has also paid more than ₹ 7 crore to the empanelled hospitals.

This initiative was launched in February 2025, soon after the new government was formed in Delhi. Through this campaign, the government hopes that more and more families in the capital will be able to avail themselves of free and quality health services by joining this scheme
