When will schools remain closed?
5 September (Friday): Schools will remain closed in many states of the country due to Teachers’ Day and Milad-un-Nabi.
17 September (Wednesday): Schools will remain closed in Kerala on the occasion of the Onam Festival. Vishwakarma Puja is also on this day, so there will be a holiday in many other states as well.
21 September (Sunday): Schools will remain closed in Telangana and parts of South India due to the Bathukamma Festival.
22 September (Monday): On the occasion of Mahalaya, along with the beginning of Durga Puja and Navratri, there may be a holiday in many states.
29 September (Monday): There may be a school holiday on the occasion of Saptami of Durga Puja.
30 September (Tuesday): There will be a holiday for the second consecutive day on the occasion of Ashtami.
