TVS Ntorq 150 : TVS company is going to make a new bang in its range of scooters. For more than seven years, the Ntorq series has been a favorite of the people and now the company is preparing to launch it with a 150 cc engine for the first time. This scooter will be introduced in India on September 1 and its test ride will also start the very next day.
New engine and performance
In the TVS Ntorq 150, the company can give a new 150 cc liquid-cooled engine, whose power can be up to 15 PS. This engine will directly compete with rivals like Yamaha Aerox 155 and Hero Zoom 160. If the company uses an air-cooled engine, then the performance may be slightly reduced, but the possibility is that the new liquid-cooled engine will be available, which will improve the power and smooth riding experience.
Design and features
In the teaser released by the company so far, a new LED headlamp cluster is visible in which the signature “T” graphics are visible. Apart from this, quad LED lights, sharp bodywork and sporty graphics will also be seen in the scooter. Also, split seat, black alloy wheels and LED taillights will make its look more stylish.
Technology and Comfort
The company will equip the Ntorq 150 with the latest technology. It will get a TFT instrument cluster which will come with smart connectivity. Apart from this, multiple ride modes, LED indicators and advanced assistive features can also be added to it. All this together will make it even more premium and will prove to be a perfect option for the youth.
Price and Competition
In India, the TVS Ntorq 150 will compete directly with the Yamaha Aerox 155, Aprilia SXR 160 and Hero Zoom 160. The company has not yet given any information about the price but it is expected that it will be launched in a very competitive range so that it can make a strong hold in the scooter market.
