Selection Process
The SBI PO recruitment consists of three phases:
Preliminary Exam – Objective test (Qualifying in nature).

Candidates who clear the Prelims will be shortlisted for the Mains, and those qualifying in the Mains will proceed to the final interview round.

Approximately 10 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Mains exam.

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package:
Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- (with 4 advance increments).
Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹2,000/7 – ₹62,480 – ₹2,340/2 – ₹67,160 – ₹2,680/7 – ₹85,920.
Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, and other allowances.
