The purpose of this step is to make digital payments more secure and to control the incidents of online fraud.

What is the Collect Request Feature?

According to the information, this feature allows any person to send a demand (request) for money from another UPI user. As soon as the person in front accepts that request and enters their UPI PIN, the money is transferred. But over time, the misuse of this facility has also increased. Scammers have started cheating people by sending fake requests, due to which many cases of financial loss have come to the fore.
