At present, in Bihar, the Health Department is recruiting for 5006 posts of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery, due to which the information about these posts is different.

ANM (HSC) – 4197 posts
ANM (RBSK) – 510 posts
ANM (NUHM) – 299 posts

Bihar SHS ANM Recruitment 2025: Eligibility

Candidates applying for these posts should have a 2-year full-time ANM training diploma from a recognised institute. Apart from this, there should be registration with the Nurses Registration Council (BNRC).

Bihar SHS ANM Recruitment 2025: Age Limit

To apply for this recruitment, the age of the candidate should be minimum 21 and 40 years as on 1 August 2025. However, as per government rules, there will be a relaxation in the age limit.

Candidates will also have to pay the application fee to apply. The application fee for General, OBC, EWS candidates is Rs 500, for SC & ST and General Women and Divyang candidates, the application fee is Rs 125.

Bihar SHS ANM Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

Candidates will be selected in the written examination, in which multiple-choice type questions of 100 marks will be asked. This exam will be conducted in computer mode. There is no provision of negative marking for wrong answers in this two-hour exam. The candidates who pass this exam will have to go through the document verification process.
