Hyundai is offering its biggest discount yet on the Ioniq 5 electric car. This month, the 2024 model year is getting a huge ₹4.05 lakh cash discount to clear remaining stock. However, the offer depends on availability at dealerships. Launched in January 2023 at ₹44.95 lakh, its price later rose to ₹46.05 lakh. With the current offer, buyers can own it for ₹42 lakh.
Design and Dimensions
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 measures 4634mm in length, 1890mm in width, and 1625mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 3000mm, giving it a spacious cabin feel. The interior uses eco-friendly materials with soft-touch finishes on the dashboard and door trims. Pixel design patterns are seen on the armrest, steering wheel, and seats. Hyundai says parts like the crash pad, switches, and door panels use bio paint, and some materials are 100% recyclable.
Features and Interior
The Ioniq 5 comes with a 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a matching 12.3-inch touchscreen. It also features a head-up display. For safety, it gets six airbags, virtual engine sound, electric parking brake, four disc brakes, multi-collision avoidance braking, and power child lock. Level 2 ADAS offers 21 advanced safety features for enhanced driver assistance.
Battery and Performance
The car has a 72.6kWh battery pack. On a single charge, it delivers an ARAI-certified range of up to 631km. Power comes from a rear-wheel-drive motor producing 217hp and 350Nm torque. It supports 800V ultra-fast charging, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes, according to Hyundai.
Biggest Discount Offer
This ₹4.05 lakh discount is Hyundai’s largest on any model in its portfolio. It is available only on leftover stock of the 2024 Ioniq 5. Buyers should confirm availability with their local dealer before purchase, as discounts can vary by city and dealer.
