Mahindra has partnered with DC Comics and Warner Bros to launch a “Batman Edition” of its popular electric SUV, the BE 6. Not only does it look exactly like the Batmobile, but its limited run (only 300 units!) and exclusive features make it a collector’s item. It will be priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition
The Mahindra BE 6 is already known for its sporty design and high-tech features, but this Batman Edition has taken it to a whole new level. The model is based on the Pack Three trim and gets a bigger 79kWh battery, offering a claimed range of 683km. Bookings will start from August 23, 2025 and deliveries will start from September 20.
Design
The entire exterior is finished in satin black with Batman decals. The Batman motif on the R20 alloy wheels, Alchemy Gold brake calipers, LED projector headlights, full-width LED DRLs and connected LED taillights add to its stylishness.
The most interesting part is The panoramic glass roof has Batman motif ambient lighting. In fact, even the welcome lights show the Batman logo.
Interior
The interior design is also in an all-black theme with Alchemy Gold accents. Features like dual 12.3-inch screens (infotainment + digital dashboard), jet fighter-like toggles, thruster-style gear selector and a 16-speaker Harman/Kardon sound system make it feel like a luxury SUV.
The seats are charcoal coloured and there is a Production Number plaque on the centre console, which makes it even more special.
Performance
The 79kWh battery gives a claimed range of 683km, but in real world it will do 500km+ even on AC. The powerful motor gives 290Nm of torque, making it perfect for both city and highway driving.
