Hero Plan
Hero MotoCorp’s market share has declined slightly for some time now. In July 2025, Honda overtook it and achieved the number 1 position. In such a situation, it has become very important for Hero to launch new and updated models. The company wants to increase its presence in the 125cc to premium and electric segments, so that it can become the market leader again.
