Indian cricket team’s head coach Gautam Gambhir and other management officials agree that such a rule should be brought in, so that players cannot choose matches of their own choice. It is seen that players decide not to play in the series, citing workload. If this new rule comes, then soon a message will be sent to the players regarding this, so that players will not be able to play matches arbitrarily.

The new rule will be applicable in all three formats.

According to the information in the news, this new rule can be implemented in all three formats. Players playing in Test matches, ODIs and T-20 will come under the purview of this rule. These new rules will end the culture of choosing matches as per their wish. However, this does not mean that workload will be completely ignored, but in future decisions will be taken according to the current situation of every player.
