You can easily book tickets for the Independence Day celebrations to be held at the Red Fort in the year 2025 online from home.
Ticket booking will start from August 13 on the official website of the Ministry of Defence, aamantran.mod.gov in or e-invitations.mod.gov.in
Anyone who wants to watch the historic event from the Red Fort will need to visit the website and click on the 'Independence Day 2025 Ticket Booking' link.
After this, a form will open, in which you will need to enter your name, mobile number, and ticket number.
You will also need to upload an Aadhaar card or another valid photo ID for identification purposes.
Tickets will be available in three levels, priced at Rs 20, Rs 100 and Rs 500.
After making an online payment, your e-ticket will be issued, which will have a QR code and information about your seating location.
Print out the e-ticket and keep it with you or download it in your smartphone because without it you will not be allowed inside at the time of entry.
