Honda has finally taken the wraps off its smallest electric car yet, the Honda N-One E. Designed with urban users in mind, this compact EV is ideal for narrow lanes and busy city roads. Its small footprint and practical features make it a strong option for students, office goers, and small families.
Design and Looks
The Honda N-One E stands out with a retro-styled design. It features round headlamps, a boxy body, and curved bumpers. The closed front grille gives it a clean electric look while housing a well-integrated charging port. The car is expected to measure around 3,400mm in length, fitting well within Japan’s Kei car segment. Its compact size and stylish body make it perfect for crowded urban streets.
Cabin and Features
Inside, the cabin of the N-One E follows a simple and clean layout. Honda has used physical buttons for easy control and added a small storage shelf beneath the digital driver display. The car gets 50:50 split-folding rear seats, allowing users to carry extra luggage whenever needed.
One of the standout features is Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology. This allows the car’s battery to power or charge small electronic devices. Buyers can purchase an extra adapter for this feature from Honda’s accessory stores.
Battery and Range
The N-One E is expected to use the same electric setup as the Honda N-Van e. Reports suggest that the car will offer a driving range of up to 245 kilometers on a full charge. It supports 50kW DC fast charging, enabling it to charge significantly in just 30 minutes. Power output could be around 63 bhp, which is suitable for daily city commutes and short trips.
Perfect Fit for Urban Life
This mini EV is crafted for modern city users who need a compact, affordable, and stylish car. It’s lightweight, efficient, and packed with useful features. Honda plans to launch the N-One E in Japan by September 2025, followed by a possible release in the UK. The car offers a fresh and practical option for people who want to switch to electric without going over budget.
