TVS Ntorq 125: TVS Motor Company has unveiled a special version of its best-selling Ntorq 125 scooter, introducing a new look for younger riders. Based on Marvel’s Captain America, this model is unique with its sleek design and sporty trim. The scooter maintains its reliable performance while introducing a signature style boost that Super Squad series fans will appreciate.

TVS Ntorq 125 Super Soldier Edition

The new Super Soldier Edition boasts a camouflage-inspired colour scheme coupled with bold decals. Red accents on the side panels and front apron contribute a crisp, sporty demeanor. The design is a nod to the storied Super Soldier theme, which Marvel enthusiasts will recognize immediately.

TVS is further capitalizing on the success of its Super Squad series, which previously included versions based on other Marvel superheroes. The Captain America model that first came out in 2020 is now updated with a more aggressive appearance but with no changes to the mechanical parts.

Engine and Performance

The scooter gets driven by a 124.8 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder motor. The motor generates 9.38 PS of power at 7,000 rpm and 10.5 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The vehicle is provided with a CVT transmission for smooth power delivery suitable for commuting in the city.

Braking and Suspension

For braking, the Ntorq 125 Super Soldier Edition has a 220 mm front disc and a 130 mm rear drum. Combined Braking System (CBS) is also offered as standard for added safety and control. The scooter rides on 12-inch alloy wheels with 100/80 front and 110/80 rear tubeless tyres.

The suspension system consists of front telescopic forks and rear gas-charged monoshock, providing a comfortable and stable ride.

Design Hightlights

This version comes with TVS SmartXonnect-enabled digital interface with enhanced connectivity features. The console provides riders with navigation, call alerts, and ride statistics.

Ground clearance is 155 mm, and seat height is 770 mm, providing comfort for short and tall riders alike. It features a 5.8-litre fuel tank and a weight of 118 kg, providing agility without compromising on stability for daily commutes.

Price and Availability

The TVS Ntorq 125 Super Soldier Edition retails at Rs 98,117 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is likely to arrive at TVS dealerships in India by the end of this month. The cosmetic revisions are designed to appeal to Gen-Z riders who desire a fashionable scooter with a dependable performance.
