JSSC Teacher Recruitment 2025 : A big news has come out for the recruitment of secondary teachers in Jharkhand. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has started the recruitment process for 1373 posts. Interested candidates can apply online from today. Application can be done through the website jssc.jharkhand.gov.in. Earlier the date of application was fixed as June 18, but due to some reason it was postponed. Now once again the application process has been started.
For which subjects is this recruitment
This time recruitment is being done in traditional subjects as well as modern technical fields. Candidates will be appointed for traditional subjects like Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science as well as new subjects like Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
What should be the qualification
Candidates who want to apply for these posts should have some necessary educational qualifications. Candidates should have a post graduate degree in the subject in which they want to teach. Apart from this, B.Ed degree from a recognized institution is also mandatory.
If someone has a three-year integrated B.Ed and M.Ed course, then he will also be considered eligible. However, for this it is necessary to have at least 55 percent marks in post graduation. At the same time, at least 50 percent marks are mandatory for those doing B.Ed and post graduation separately.
Age and fee related information
The minimum age limit for this recruitment has been fixed at 21 years. Age will be calculated from 1 August 2025. Talking about the application fee, general category candidates will have to pay Rs 100.
Pay scale and selection process
The candidates selected for this post will be given salary as per Level-6 by the Jharkhand government, the starting amount of which will be ₹ 35,400 and it can go up to a maximum of ₹ 1,12,400. This pay scale is considered to be a good option for the post of teacher in government schools of the state.
