Sonam Raghuwanshi Case Update:- Sonam Raghuvanshi, wife of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, accused of murdering him during their honeymoon in Shillong, is in the headlines, and she is being discussed in every household. Sonam, who is accused of murdering her husband Raja Raghuvanshi within just a month of marriage, is now being taken away by the Meghalaya Police from Ghazipur in UP. After 17 days, she reached Kashi Chay Jaika Dhaba, located at Akushpur in Nandganj, on the Ghazipur-Varanasi four-lane highway at around 1 am on Sunday.
Sonam asked the Dhaba owner, Sahil Yadav, for his mobile phone number and called her brother, Govind, in Indore and cried a lot.

After asking Sahil the name, address, etc. of the Dhaba, the brother asked him to call the police. The police took Sonam to the Government Medical College Hospital and after giving her medicines for fever, headache etc., she has been kept in the One Stop Center under strict surveillance. Sonam’s brother, Govind Rajvanshi, was also denied the opportunity to meet her.
The Meghalaya police arrived at Ghazipur around 6:30 pm, where two women officers were also present. After undergoing her medical checkup at the District Hospital of Medical College, Sonam was taken to the CJM court from Gate No. 6 at 9 pm, accompanied by heavy security. After obtaining a transit remand from the court, the Meghalaya police left for Shillong late at night.
When the Shillong police were taking Sonam with them after the arrest, Sonam did not talk the whole way. When asked, she kept saying only that I am having a severe headache. According to the police officers, when asked to eat, she flatly refused. She did not eat anything even after repeated requests. Sonam said that she has a severe headache and is unable to sleep. When the police tried to talk to her, she kept completely quiet. Every time she kept saying that I have a severe headache.
Lover turned out to be the mastermind of the murder conspiracy
The police say that Sonam, along with her lover Raj Kushwaha, had planned the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi. This was not a sudden decision, but a complete murder conspiracy was made. Four contract killers were called to Shillong to execute this conspiracy. The police have arrested these four, and their interrogation has revealed many aspects of the conspiracy.
According to Shillong police sources, Raj Kushwaha, the alleged lover, had never been to Shillong. He gave every instruction to Sonam over the phone. He was constantly in touch with Sonam and kept controlling every stage of the murder through phone calls and chats. Sonam was sent to Shillong by Raj, where she had to meet the contract killers already present there and execute the murder.
