It has a rapid charging capability that would charge the battery from 0 to 80 percent in about 50 minutes, which makes it suitable for long road trips.

This EV will come in three variants: Delta, Zeta, and Alpha. It will have six single-tone colours such as Opulent Red, Bluish Black, Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Splendid Silver, and Nexa Blue. Along with this, customers will receive dual-tone options including Land Breeze Green, Arctic White, Splendid Silver, and Opulent Red with contrasting roof.

Competitors in the Market

Once launched, the e-Vitara will face competition from Hyundai Creta EV and Tata Harrier EV, both of which are also gearing up for their entries in the electric SUV space. With its long range and strong feature list, Maruti’s offering may hold an edge in terms of practicality and appeal.

Rapid Charging Support

One of the prominent strengths of e-Vitara is its quick-charging feature. This means that drivers never have to spend much time waiting to continue their journey, so it is appropriate for use in city driving as well as highway travel. Rapid charging to 80% in a matter of less than an hour provides it with a practical advantage.

Color and Style Options

The SUV will come in a variety of color shades suiting various tastes. From the classic bold red, sophisticated grey, or dual-tone, Maruti is looking to have something for everyone during this switch to electric.
