Bihar Monsoon Alert: The weather in Bihar is changing rapidly, resulting in sunshine at some places and clouds at others. The monsoon has entered West Bengal, where the wait of Biharis will also come to an end. The weather became delightful due to heavy rains in many areas of Bihar late at night, providing people with relief from the heat after a drop in temperature.

People are also facing severe heat due to rising temperatures in many areas of the state. However, the weather is expected to deteriorate again in many areas of the state, where a fierce form of heavy rain can be seen accompanied by thundering clouds. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rainfall in many districts of Bihar, and an appeal has been made to take precautions.

Heavy rain alert in these districts

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain accompanied by thundering clouds in Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Arwal, and Jehanabad, including Patna. Apart from these, there is a possibility of heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms in Buxar, Bhojpur, Siwan, Gopalganj, Lakhisarai,  and Begusarai. A rain warning has been issued in many places in Jamui, Banka, Munger, Madhepura, Purnia, Bhagalpur, and Katihar districts. In many parts of Bihar, the maximum temperature is increasing by two to four degrees.

According to the Meteorological Department, 1.5 mm of rain has been recorded in the capital, Patna. Additionally, the maximum temperature in the capital has been recorded at 35.3 degrees Celsius. The highest maximum temperature is likely to be recorded in Buxar with 38.5 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the temperature can also increase significantly in Patna, Sasaram, Chapra, Jiradei, Gopalganj, Motihari, and Valmiki Nagar.

Rain warning in these states

According to the weather department, rain is expected in the northeastern states. In these areas, an alert has been issued for heavy rain in Sikkim, Mizoram, and Puducherry. Apart from this, a warning has been issued for heavy rain in Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Nagaland.

An alert has been issued for heavy rains in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in South India. Heavy rains are also expected in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
