Last date for eKYC in Bihar is 30th June

Bihar Food and Consumer Protection Department has fixed the deadline of 30 June 2025 to link the ration card with Aadhaar. If the ration card holders do not get Aadhaar seeding done by the stipulated date, then action will be taken to delete the name from the ration card and the benefit of food grains against such members will not be given to the beneficiary family.

If a beneficiary is living in another state, he/she need not return to his/her home state for Aadhaar seeding. Beneficiaries can visit the nearest Public Distribution System shop from wherever they are and complete the process through e-POS machine.
