Big Setback for Pakistan Post-Pahalgam Attack-India Cracks Down on YouTube Channels!

Pahalgam Attack Fallout: The attack that took place in Pahalgam is a wound on the chest of India that no Indian will ever forget. 28 innocent people lost their lives in that tragic incident. After this incident, India sent a strong message to Pakistan and took significant steps, including halting the agreement on the water of the Indus River. Now, India has taken another critical decision against Pakistan. India has blocked many Pakistani YouTube channels.

India’s action on Pakistan’s YouTube channels

Yes, you heard it right! India has blocked several prominent YouTube channels from Pakistan. These include many well-known names, such as GNN, Geo News, Dwan News, and SAMAA TV. On the advice of the Home Ministry, the Government of India has taken this step after the tragic terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. These channels are accused of spreading things that incite people against the Indian Army and security agencies, and create conflict in the name of religion. Additionally, they were disseminating false news and incorrect information.

Indus Water Treaty also in danger!

Let us remind you that India has taken this decision after the attack in Pahalgam. Even before this, India had taken five significant decisions against Pakistan, including halting the Indus Water Treaty. Apart from this, visas for Pakistanis have also been cancelled, and movement of people from the Attari border has also been banned. The defence, naval and air advisors in the Pakistan High Commission have been declared ‘undesirable persons’ and have been ordered to leave India within a week.

Strict stance of the government

The Indian High Commission in Pakistan will also recall its defence, naval and air advisors. It is believed that these posts will now be abolished. The number of people working in the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi has also been reduced. The government has taken all these decisions after the attack in Pahalgam. Additionally, the government has stated that this attack will be answered. Now it remains to be seen what happens next.
