In this way, farmers get a total of 6,000 in three installments throughout the year. Soon the 20th installment will be released under this scheme. Meanwhile, there is another good news for farmers. The government can soon increase the amount of 6000 received in this scheme.

Increasing the amount of PM-Kisan will increase the additional burden of Rs 20 thousand crore on the government exchequer.
Where farmers are getting 8000 rupees now?
All farmers across the country get the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The rest of the farmers across the country are getting 6000 rupees, but Rajasthan is the only state where farmers are given 8000 rupees instead of 6000 under the honor fund. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma had increased the scheme of Rs 2000 in the scheme under the Annadata Utthan resolution.
Conditions for Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi
To take advantage of this scheme, you should be an Indian citizen. It is necessary to be the owner of the land land. The joint family of husband and wife and minor children is defined as a unit.
20th installment may come in June
PM Narendra Modi transferred 19th installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi on 24 February 2025. Under the PM-Kisan scheme, 20th installment in the account of farmers can come by June 2025. There is no information about the final date and location.
E-kyc is required to get
To take advantage of the 20th installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers are also required to get E-KYC. If you do not get this work done, then your installment may get stuck. The beneficiary farmers are required to get E-KYC done before April 30.
Land verification is required
Farmers who are associated with PM Kisan Yojana, but if they do not get land verification done, then they can be deprived of the benefit of installment. Therefore, the farmers who have not done this work, get it done by 30 April.
Mobile and Bank Account Linking
Similarly, farmers whose Aadhaar will not be linked to mobile and bank account will also not get installment. Such farmers will have to go to their bank and link Aadhaar card to the bank account at the earliest.
How much amount has been transferred so far?
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government has so far transferred a total of Rs 3.68 lakh crore to the farmers’ accounts. This time 9.8 crore farmers have been given an amount of Rs 22,000 crore through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). It also includes 2.41 crore women farmers.
