In just one month, this bike crossed the astonishing figure of 3 lakh units sold. March 2025 saw tremendous sales of Hero Splendor. This includes the sales report of both the models of this bike, Hero Splendor Plus and Splendor+ XTEC.
Along with this, a remarkable 55.63% increase has also been registered in month-on-month (MoM) sales as compared to the previous month. Recently, the company has updated the Hero Splendor Plus to OBD-2B. Let’s know its price and features.
Price and great features
The starting ex-showroom price of the brand new Splendor Plus bike is ₹ 78,926. This affordable bike comes with a 97.2cc air-cooled engine, which generates 7.7hp of power and 8.05Nm of peak torque. The engine is also mated to the 4-speed gearbox.
Talking about mileage, the Hero Splendor Plus gives a great mileage of 70 km. It has a 9.8-liter fuel tank, which is very useful for long-distance travel. The new Hero Splendor Plus has useful features like i3S (idle stop-start system), tubeless tires, side stand engine cut, and a basic analog instrument cluster.
Splendor Plus XTEC
Some variants of the Splendor Plus also have a fully digital instrument cluster, which supports Bluetooth connectivity and smartphone app. Apart from this, it also gets advanced features like LED DRL, LED headlight and disc brake at the front.
Hero Splendor+ XTEC 2.0
The starting ex-showroom price of Hero Splendor+ XTEC 2.0 is ₹ 82,911 lakh. This bike gives a strong mileage of 73 kmpl. The new Splendor+ XTEC also gets a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, which makes it even more attractive for today’s youth.
