Along with the Vivo X200s, Vivo is ready to introduce its flagship smartphone, the Vivo X200 Ultra, in China on April 21. The business has posted a number of teasers on Weibo previewing some significant camera specs prior to the official launch. For both its main and ultra-wide-angle lenses, the Vivo X200 Ultra is confirmed to include Sony’s strong LYT-818 sensor. For professional-level photography, this phone will also have Zeiss-branded optics, so improving its image quality.
There will be a triple-camera arrangement on the Vivo X200 Ultra comprising a 35mm main lens, an 14mm ultra-wide sensor and an 85mm Zeiss APO telephoto lens. Interestingly, both the 14mm and 35mm cameras have optical image stabilization (OIS) and use the same big 1/1. 28-inch Sony sensor. Said to be 38% more light-sensitive than the one employed in the previous Vivo X100 Ultra, the 85mm telephoto sensor promises improved low-light capability. Advanced AI processing will also enable the phone to include Vivo’s potent V3+ and VS1 imaging chips, which offer 80 trillion operations per second.
