Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore has released the results of lateral and final placements for its PGP and PGPBA class 2023-25, with all 595 students getting jobs. 176 companies offered jobs to students in this campus placement process.

This year, the management consulting sector showed the highest attraction, as it accounted for 41 per cent of the offers. It was followed by jobs offered in technology/product management and investment banking sectors.

IIM Bangalore said that the companies that hired these MBA students were mainly from FMCG, retail, e-commerce, conglomerates, fintech, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Students were offered jobs in various functions in these sectors, such as strategy, finance, marketing, general management, product management, operations, and analytics.

This placement reflects the excellent education of IIM Bangalore and the hard work of the students, who became the center of attraction for a wide variety of jobs in different sectors.

Top Jobs

According to IIM Bangalore, the most number of jobs were offered by Accenture Strategy, at 75. Other top employers were as follows:

Boston Consulting Group (BCG): 25 offers

TCS Management Consulting: 24 offers

American Express: 20 offers

Bain & Company: 17 offers

PwC: 16 offers

McKinsey & Company: 14 offers

These companies offered a wide range of job opportunities to IIM Bangalore students, primarily in management consulting and other high-profile areas.
