The phone carries a peak brightness of 2100 nits and comes under protection by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is marginally thin at 7.99mm but weighs 190g and is consequently marginally heavier compared to Realme 13 Pro 5G. An in-display fingerprint reader is also integrated into it.

It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chip with a 2.5GHz octa-core CPU, providing quick performance. There is 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It does not support Realme 13 Pro 5G’s expandable storage with a hybrid slot for up to 1TB.
