Jasprit Bumrah's fiery 5/83 (14th Test fifer) bowled England out for 465, giving India a crucial 6-run first innings lead at Headingley.
India dropped 4 catches off Bumrah's bowling, including two reprieves for Harry Brook who scored 99, costing them a bigger advantage.
"No point crying over drops," said Bumrah, refusing to blame young fielders: "Nobody drops catches purposely. It's part of the game."
Bumrah's Day 2 no-ball gave Brook (then on 0) a life. The batter punished India with 99 runs in a game-changing innings.
India ended Day 3 at 90/2 (lead by 96), with KL Rahul (47*) steadying the innings after early wickets of Jaiswal & Sudharsan.
Despite personal brilliance, Bumrah emphasized collective growth: "People will learn from mistakes. No need to create scenes."
With India's lead at 96 & pitch deteriorating, Bumrah's bowling and improved fielding could decide this evenly-poised Test.
