TECNO has introduced a new phone concept, the PHANTOM Ultimate 2. This phone is different from regular smartphones because it can fold three times. It can change from a small phone to a big tablet, making it easy to carry while giving users a large screen when needed.
A Screen That Changes Size
The PHANTOM Ultimate 2 has a 6.48-inch screen when folded, similar to most smartphones. But when fully opened, the screen becomes 10 inches wide. This big screen is great for watching videos, playing games, and working on documents. It uses an LTPO OLED display, which makes colors look bright and clear. The resolution of the screen is 1620 x 2880 pixels, giving users a sharp and detailed view.
Strong and Slim Design
Even though the screen is large, the phone is still slim. When folded, it is only 11 millimeters thick, making it easy to hold and carry. The phone has a special hinge system that helps it fold smoothly. This hinge is tested to last for 300,000 folds, so users do not have to worry about it breaking quickly. TECNO has also designed the phone with a very thin battery cover, only 0.25 millimeters thick, to keep it lightweight.
New Ways to Use the Phone
The tri-fold design allows users to use the phone in different ways. You can fold it slightly and use it like a mini laptop, where one part of the screen becomes a keyboard. Another way to use it is in “tent mode,” where the phone stands on two sides. This mode is useful when two people want to watch something together. The phone also supports live translation, which can help during face-to-face conversations.
Right now, the PHANTOM Ultimate 2 is just a concept phone, meaning it is not available in stores yet.
