A lot is going to happen tomorrow at the Mumbai headquarters of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The whole of India is watching closely. The Indian team for the Asia Cup, starting next month in the UAE, will be announced tomorrow, August 19.
But that’s not all. Tomorrow, not just one, but a total of three Team India squads will be announced. Head coach Gautam Gambhir, the senior selection committee led by Ajit Agarkar, and T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav will select the team for the Asia Cup, which starts on September 9. Apart from this team, two more Team India squads will also be announced.
Which Are the Other Two Teams?
On Tuesday, not only will the team for the Asia Cup be announced, but also the Indian women’s teams for upcoming matches. One is for the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup, starting in September. Before that, the Indian women’s cricket team will play a three-match ODI series against Australia, and the team for this series will also be announced. BCCI has shared this information.
The Indian team for the Men’s Asia Cup will be announced at around 1:30 pm at BCCI headquarters in Mumbai. The selection meeting for the women’s teams will also be held at the same place, and their announcement may come around 3:30 pm.

- Two days later, from 30th September, the Women’s ODI World Cup will start, hosted by India and Sri Lanka.
