Ingredients:
1. Rajma (Kidney beans) 1 bowl
2. Butter 1 tbsp
3. Tomato 2
4. Onion 1 big
5. Green chilly 1
6. Cumin seeds 1 tbsps
7. Ginger garlic paste
8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsps
9. Red chilly powder 2 tbsps
10. Garam masala powder 1 tbsps
11. Coriander powder 1 tbsps
12. Dry fenugreek (Kasoori methi) powder 1 tbsps
13. Coriander leaves for garnishing
14. Salt as per taste
15. Sugar 1 tbsps
16. Water

Preperation method:
1. Take rajma and soak for overnight.
2. Cook the rajma in coocker for 5-6 whistles with little salt.
3. Heat pan and add butter.
4. Add cumin seed, green chilly and finally chopped onion.
5. Saute for 2 mins then add ginger garlic paste.
6. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
7. Saute for 1 min
8. Add tomato purry and saute for 2 mins.
9. Then add cooked Rajma beans.
10. mix all, add salt and sugar.
11. Cover and cook for 5 mins
12. After 5 mins, mix well and add dry fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.
13. Our delicious dhaba style Rajma masala is ready to serve.

Enjoy this recipe with Rice ,naan roti or chapati.
