Hi Everyone…
today I will show You how to make BROCCOLI indian style… so let’s start ….

1.. boiled Broccoli :- 500 gm
2.. Tomato :- 1
3..Besan (chickpea Flour) :- 2 Spoons (Roasted)
4..Garlic :- 5-6 petals chopped
5..CUMIN SEEDS :- 1/2 tsp
6..Salt :- as per taste
7.. Red Chilli Powder :- 2 tsp
8.. Turmeric powder :- 1/2 tsp
9.. Garam Masala :- 1/2 tsp
10 Lemon juice :- 1/2 tsp
11.oil – 2 tsp

Cut your BROCCOLI into long pieces
Wash it and boil it for 3-4 min.
after boiled strain it and keep aside.
now Take a Pan put some oul and heat the oil..
now add cumin seeds + garlic + Turmeric powder + tomatoes and saute it for 2 min.
now add Red chilli powder + Garam Masala + salt and mix it then add your boiled Broccoli and mix well …now add some lemon juice and saute well….
finally add your Roasted gram flour and mix it again and cover it with lid for 2-3 min..
open the lid and saute it and your DELICIOUS HEALTHY BROCCOLI is Ready to Eat …

Serve with dal ,rice, chapati …hmmm.. YUMMY😋😋
