    मॅडम सुर्य नमस्कार करते समय हस्तपादासन में घुटनो को मोडना नहीं है। बेशक आपसे जितना हो सके ऊतनाहि झूके लगातार अभ्यास से शरीर में लचीलापन आएगा।
