Holi Special Trains List 2026: 26 Special Trains Between Delhi and Kolkata – Check Details & Routes

The festival of Holi is just around the corner. People from different parts of the country return to their homes to celebrate this festival of colors. As a result, trains are very crowded. To facilitate the railway passengers to reach their destinations during Holi, the Railways runs Holi Special trains every year. In this context, this time the Railways is running Holi Special trains on various railway routes. To make your travel easier, we are giving you a list of some Holi Special trains running between Delhi and Kolkata.

Regarding these Holi Special trains, Saraswati Chandra, CPRO, East Central Railway, said that in view of the extra rush of passengers on the occasion of Holi, it has been decided to run special trains from Kolkata/Howrah and New Delhi/Anand Vihar.

Holi Special Trains: Let’s check out the list of Holi Special trains-

1. Train No. 03043/03044 Howrah-Raxaul-Howrah Special (via Sitamarhi-Darbhanga-Samastipur-Barauni-Jhajha):

Train No. 03043 Howrah-Raxaul Special will depart Howrah at 11.05 pm on Saturday, February 28, 7 and 14 March 2026 and will reach Raxaul at 4.15 pm on the next day, Sunday. Train No. 03044 Raxaul-Howrah Special will depart Raxaul at 4.45 pm on Sunday, March 1, 8 and 15, 2026 and will reach Howrah at 10.50 am the next day.

2. Train No. 03045/03046 Howrah-Raxaul-Howrah Special (via Sitamarhi-Darbhanga-Samastipur-Barauni-Jhajha):

Train No. 03045 Howrah-Raxaul Special will leave Howrah at 9.05 pm on Sunday and Monday, March 1 and 2, 2026 and will reach Raxaul at 4.15 pm on the next day, Monday. Train No. 03046 Raxaul-Howrah Special will leave Raxaul at 5.45 pm on Monday and Tuesday, March 2 and 3, 2026 and will reach Howrah at 10.50 am the next day.

3. Train No. 03183/03184 Sealdah-Madhubani-Sealdah Special (via Sitamarhi-Dwarbhanga-Samastipur-Barauni-Jhajha):

Train No. 03183 Sealdah-Madhubani Special will depart from Sealdah at 9:50 PM on Saturday, February 28 and March 7, 2026 and will reach Madhubani at 2:30 PM on Sunday, the next day. Train No. 03184 Madhubani-Sealdah Special will depart from Madhubani at 2:30 PM on Sunday, March 1 and March 8, 2026 and will reach Sealdah at 6:25 AM the next day.

4. Train No. 03185/03186 Kolkata-Madhubani-Kolkata Special (via Darbhanga-Samastipur-Barauni-Jhajha):

Train No. 03185 Kolkata-Madhubani Special will depart from Kolkata at 9:50 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026 and will reach Madhubani at 2:30 PM on the next day, Saturday. Train No. 03186 Madhubani-Kolkata Special will depart from Madhubani at 3:30 PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026 and will reach Kolkata at 6:25 AM the next day.

5. Train No. 03187/03188 Kolkata-Madhubani-Kolkata Special (via Darbhanga-Samastipur-Barauni-Jhajha):

Train No. 03187 Kolkata-Madhubani Special will depart from Kolkata on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 23:50 hrs and will reach Madhubani on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 2:30 hrs. Train No. 03188 Madhubani-Kolkata Special will depart from Madhubani on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 3:30 hrs. and will reach Kolkata the next day at 6:25 hrs.

6. Train No. 08753/08754 Durg-Madhubani-Durag Special (via Darbhanga-Samastipur-Barauni-Jhajha-Dhanbad-Ranchi-Rourkela-Bilaspur-Raipur):

Train No. 08753 Durg-Madhubani Special will depart from Durg at 00:30 on March 1, 2026 and will reach Madhubani at 04:45 the next day. Similarly, Train No. 08754 Madhubani-Durag Special will depart from Madhubani at 06:15 on March 2, 2026 and will reach Durg at 12:45 the next day.

7. Train No. 03007/03008 Howrah-Khatipura-Howrah Special (via Jhajha-Kyul-Nawada-Gaya-DDU):

The 03007 Howrah-Khatipura (Jaipur) Special train will depart Howrah at 9.55 pm on Wednesday, February 25 and March 11, 2026 and will stop at Kyl at 9.13 am on Thursday, at 7.40 am at Nawada and at 2.00 pm at DDU and will reach Khatipura (Jaipur) at 11.30 pm on Friday. Train No. 03008 Khatipura-Howrah Special will depart Khatipura (Jaipur) at 5:00 PM on 27th February and 13th March, 2026, and will halt at DDU at 5:30 PM on Saturday, Gaya at 5:30 PM, Nawada at 5:43 PM and Kula at 5:43 PM and reach Howrah at 5:15 PM on Sunday.

8. Train No. 04070/04069 Anand Vihar-Sheikhpura-Anand Vihar Special (via DDU-Patna-Bakhtiarpur-Biharsharif-Barbigha):

Train No. 04070 Anand Vihar-Sheikhpura Special will leave Anand Vihar at 00.20 hrs on 20th, 24th, 27th February and 03rd and 06th March, 2026 and will reach Sheikhpura at 20.30 hrs on the same day after stopping at DDU at 1.20 pm and Patna at 4.20 pm. Train No. 04069 Sheikhpura-Anand Vihar Special will leave Anand Vihar at 20th, 24th, 27th February and It will depart Sheikhpura at 12.30 pm on 3rd and 6th March, 2026 and will stop at Patna at 2.00 pm and DDU at 5.55 pm and reach Anand Vihar at 7.00 pm the next day.

9. Train No. 04054/04053 New Delhi-Barauni-New Delhi Special (via Gorakhpur-Chhapra-Hazipur):

Train No. 04054 New Delhi-Barauni Special will depart New Delhi at 7.50 pm daily from 20th February to 6th March, 2026 and will reach Barauni at 12.00 pm the next day. Train No. 04053 Barauni-Barauni Special will depart Barauni at 00.45 pm daily from 22nd February to 8th March, 2026 and will reach New Delhi at 3.50 pm the next day.

10. Train No. 04060/04059 New Delhi-Supaul-New Delhi Special (via Gorakhpur-Chhapra-Hazipur-Barauni-Mansi-Saharsa):

Train No. 04060 New Delhi-Supaul Special will depart New Delhi at 9.35 pm daily from February 20 to March 6, 2026, halt at Hajipur at 9.02 pm the next day and reach Supaul at 4.00 am on the third day. Train No. 04059 Supaul-New Delhi Special will depart Supaul at 7.00 am daily from February 22 to March 8, 2026, halt at Hajipur and reach New Delhi at 4.10 pm the next day.

11. Train No. 04010/04009 Delhi-Sitamarhi-Delhi Special (via Gorakhpur-Narkatiaganj-Raxaul):

Train No. 04010 Delhi-Sitamarhi Special will depart from Delhi at 23:05 on 26th February and 5th March, 2026 and arrive Sitamarhi at 22:30 the next day. Train No. 04009 Sitamarhi-Delhi Special will depart from Sitamarhi at 23:55 on 27th February and 6th March, 2026 and arrive Delhi at 23:20 the next day.

12. Train No. 04014/04013 Anand Vihar-Laukha Bazar-Anand Vihar Special (via Gorakhpur-Narkatiaganj-Raxaul-Sitamarhi-Jhanjharpur):

Train No. 04014 Anand Vihar-Laukha Bazar Special will depart from Anand Vihar at 15:40 on 27th February and 6th March, 2026 and reach Laukha Bazar at 20:15 the next day. Train No. 04066 Anand Vihar – Khordha Road Junction Special will leave Anand Vihar at 00.30 hrs daily from 27th February to 3rd March, 2026 and will stop at DDU, Gaya at 3.15 hrs on the same day, Gomo at 5.40 hrs, Gomo at 21.40 hrs and reach Khordha Road Junction at 12.30 hrs the next day. Train No. 04065 Khordha Road Junction – Anand Vihar Special will leave Khordha Road Junction at 3.30 pm daily from February 28 to March 4, 2026, stopping at Gomo at 6.55 am the next day, reaching Gaya at 10.30 am the next day and stopping at Gomo at 4.20 pm and reaching Anand Vihar at 8.15 am on the third day.
