Marathi Language Controversy: These days, there is a lot of uproar in Maharashtra regarding Marathi language. Workers of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) are taking to the streets and threatening to speak Marathi. This whole matter got more heated when Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray were seen together on a stage after many years. After this ‘Bharat Milaap’,a new debate started in the state regarding Marathi language that everyone will have to speak only in Marathi, Hindi or any other language will not work.
Amidst this language controversy and fight, Bhojpuri star and BJP leader Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirahua’ has broken his silence. He has given an open challenge to Thackeray brothers and MNS leaders that ‘if you have the guts, then throw me out of Maharashtra, I do not speak Marathi.’
Nirahua said- ‘If you have the guts, then throw me out!’
In fact, Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua was recently in the headlines for his film ‘Hamar Naam Ba Kanhaiya’,which has been released in theaters some time ago. Former BJP MP from Azamgarh, Nirahua is being liked a lot by the audience in this film. He spoke to the media during the release of this film. When he was asked a question on the Marathi language controversy going on in Maharashtra, he boldly challenged the Thackeray government. This video of his is now going viral on social media.
In the viral video, when Nirahua is asked,‘If you don’t speak Marathi…’,before the question could be completed, Nirahua replied in enthusiasm,‘If you have the guts, then throw me out of Maharashtra. I don’t speak Marathi. Throw me out. I give an open challenge to any leader that if you have the guts, I don’t speak Marathi, throw me out of Maharashtra.’
