Self-Slot Booking
Candidates did not have the option to self-book slots for this recruitment exam. The exam centre and city will now be allotted by the SSC.
Candidates will be notified of the exam city approximately 8 to 10 days before the exam, while the admit card will be issued 2 to 3 days before the exam date.
When will the city slip and the admit card be released?
The exam city intimation slip will be made available for download 8 to 10 days before the SSC GD Recruitment Exam. The SSC GD Admit Card 2026 will be released 2 to 3 days before the exam begins. Once the admit card is released, candidates can download it by entering their login details.
Exam Pattern
The SSC GD Constable Recruitment Exam will consist of 80 multiple-choice questions. Each correct answer will carry 2 marks, while each incorrect answer will carry a 0.25 mark deduction. The exam will cover General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and Hindi/English.
