NEET UG Counselling 2025:- Medical Council Committee (MCC) has issued a notification for NEET UG counselling round 2 and announced the dates. MCC has released a new schedule for NEET UG 2025 second round counselling. According to the notice,registration for round 2 counselling will start from September 4. Students who could not get a seat in the first round of counselling can get admission by participating in round 2 counselling. Registration for counselling will be done through the official website of MCC,mcc.nic.in.
NEET UG Round 2 Counselling Schedule
The registration start date has been fixed for 4 September 2025.
The last date for registration is 09 September 2025 (till 12 noon).
The date for choice filling / locking is from September 5 to 9,2025 (until 11:55 am).
Seat processing for Round 2 has been fixed from 10 to September 11,2025.
The date of release of the Round 2 results is 12 September 2025.
The date of Round 2 reporting is 13 to September 19,2025.
Who can participate in the second phase of counseling: –
Students who registered in Round 1 and did not get a seat.
If your Round 1 seat was cancelled during verification.
Participated in Round 1 seat,but opted for an upgrade.
A seat was allotted,but they did not participate.
Students who did not secure a seat in the first phase of counselling will need to register again to participate in the subsequent counselling. After that they will be able to complete the choice filling/locking process.
Important Documents for Counselling
Some of the essential documents are NEET scorecard,NEET exam admit card,10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets,ID proof (Aadhaar/ PAN card/ Driving license/ Passport),eight passport-size photographs,provisional allotment letter,etc.
