JEE Main 2026 Result: The National Testing Agency will release the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 results on February 16, 2026. Along with the results, the final answer key will also be released on the website. Candidates who appeared for the JEE Main exam are eagerly awaiting their results.
The results for Session 1 of the Joint Entrance Examination will be made available to candidates on the NTAβs official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. It is expected that the results will be available for download at any time today, February 16. After the results are released, all students who took the exam will be able to download their scorecards by entering their application number, password, and the provided captcha code. Along with the results, the NTA will also release the final answer key, percentiles, and the list of toppers.

How is admission to IIT done?
After the JEE Main results are released, if you want admission to IIT, you will need to go through 7 steps.
Step 1 β It is mandatory to be among the top 2.50 lakh candidates.
Step 2 β First, you must register for JEE Advanced.
Step 3 β It is very important to score well in both JEE Advanced papers.
Step 4 β Based on a good rank in JEE Advanced, you must register for JoSAA counselling.
Step 5 β Choice filling and locking of your preferred IIT institute.
Step 6 β Adjusting the JoSAA counselling round 2 mock seat allotment.
Step 7 β Admission to IIT will be confirmed after document uploading, reporting, and admission confirmation in the counselling round.
Will the topper list be released?
Along with the JEE Main results, the NTA will also release the state-wise and category-wise topper lists. The names of students who achieve 100 percentile will be shared through a press release.
