JEE Mains Result 2026 Announced:- Candidates who appeared for the JEE Main Session 1 exam in 2026 were eagerly awaiting their results, which were announced today, February 16th. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 results. The results are available for download online on the NTAβs official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will now need to enter their application number, password, and the provided captcha code to check their results.
Along with the results, the NTA has also released the percentiles and the list of toppers. However, the final answer key was released before the results, which candidates can download from the website. To download the JEE Main January Session Scorecard 2026, candidates must visit the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Click on the JEE Main Scorecard PDF link. Enter your login credentials β application number and password.
When was the exam held?
The JEE Main Session 1 exam was held on January 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29. The exam was conducted in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The exam for Paper 2 was held on January 29, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Over 1.3 million students participated in the exam. Nine questions have been cancelled from the final answer key. The results have now been released based on the final answer key.
The JEE (Main) β 2026 Paper 1 (B.E. / B.Tech.) exam was conducted in 13 languages ββ(Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu) in computer-based test mode. The exam was conducted in 15 cities outside India: Manama, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait City, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, West Java, Washington, Munich, and Abu Dhabi.
