IIM CAT 2025 Admit Card Announced. If you have applied for this year’s Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 exam and are preparing for it, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) may soon provide a major update. According to official information, the CAT 2025 admit card download process will begin on November 12, 2025. The exam will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at various exam centres across the country. The admit card link will be released soon.
The CAT exam provides admission to MBA and management programs at the country’s prestigious IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) and other top business schools. Candidates appearing for this exam will be able to download their admit card from the website iimcat.ac.in.

How to Download the IIM CAT 2025 Admit Card
Once the admit card is released, candidates can download it by following the simple steps below.
- First, visit the official IIM CAT website, iimcat.ac.in.
- Click on the “Download CAT 2025 Admit Card” link on the homepage.
- Following this, enter your registration number and password on the login page.
- After logging in, your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the admit card and keep a printout of it.
Candidates are advised to carry a hard copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID (e.g.,Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license) on the exam day.
CAT Exam 2025: Exam will be held on this date
The CAT 2025 exam will be conducted by IIM on November 30th.
The exam will be conducted in three different shifts: morning, afternoon, and evening.
The exam will be conducted at approximately 170 exam centres across the country.
The CAT exam will be a computer-based test (CBT) and will test candidates’ understanding of quantitative ability, data interpretation, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The exam will consist of three sections, with a total time limit of 2 hours (120 minutes).
Mock Test Link to be Released on November 12th
To facilitate candidates’ exam preparation, IIM will also release a CAT 2025 mock test link on the official website on November 12th.
This will help candidates familiarise themselves with the exam format, question pattern, and time management. This mock test will be especially useful for candidates taking the CAT exam for the first time.

Important Guidelines for the Exam
- Candidates must arrive at the exam centre 30 minutes before the reporting time.
- The photo and signature on the admit card must be clear.
- No electronic devices, mobile phones, or calculators are permitted in the examination hall.
- After the completion of the examination, candidates will be required to log out of their computer screens.
