CBSE CTET 2026 Result Date LIVE Updates: Millions of candidates who appeared for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in February 2026 are eagerly awaiting their results. The results for this examination, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), are expected to be released by the last week of March or the first week of April 2026. Once the results are declared, candidates can download their scorecards via the official website, ctet.nic.in

The examination consisted of two papers. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (February 2026 session) was originally held on February 7 and 8; however, it was reconducted on March 1 at two examination centres in Bihar.

CBSE released the provisional answer key for CTET 2026 on March 12. Additionally, scanned copies of the candidates’ OMR answer sheets were also released. The CTET 2026 examination was conducted for two papers: Paper 1 for Classes 1 to 5, and Paper 2 for Classes 6 to 8. Candidates are now awaiting their results, which are likely to be announced next week.

Validity of CTET Certificate

For candidates who pass the CTET, the certificate is now valid for life. Based on this certificate, candidates can apply for teaching positions at various institutions, including Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, Central Government schools, and schools under various State Governments.

How to Check CTET Results Via Roll Number?

First, visit the official CTET website at ctet.nic
Click on the ‘CTET Feb 2026 Result’ link located within the ‘Candidate Activity’ section.
A new page will open on your screen.
Enter your Roll Number and click on ‘Submit’.
Your CTET result will appear on the screen.
Now, download the result and take a printout for future use.

View Results on DigiLocker

According to the CBSE, both the marksheet and the eligibility certificate will feature an encrypted QR code, which can be scanned and verified using the DigiLocker mobile app. DigiLocker accounts will be created for all candidates, and their login credentials will be sent to the mobile numbers registered with the CBSE. Using these credentials, candidates can download their digital marksheets and eligibility certificates.
