CM Youth Self-Employment Scheme
The Rajasthan government aims to directly benefit approximately 1 lakh youth through this scheme. The government’s vision is clear: to reduce the unemployment rate and empower youth economically. Through this scheme, the youth of Rajasthan will now be able to establish themselves in the manufacturing, service, and business sectors. This initiative by the Rajasthan government is a major initiative towards the industrial development of the state.
Who will receive how much money
Under this scheme, loan amounts are differentiated based on educational qualifications and sector, so that youth from all walks of life can get opportunities.
- Youth who have passed 8th to 12th grade will be given a loan of up to ₹3.5 lakh for the service and business sectors. If they wish to enter the manufacturing sector, this amount can be up to ₹7.5 lakh.
- Additionally, a margin loan of up to ₹35,000 has been provided for youth with lower qualifications.
- On the other hand, opportunities are even greater for those with graduate, ITI, or higher education. They can get loans up to ₹5 lakh for the service and business sectors.
- Most importantly, if a highly educated youth wants to start their own business in the manufacturing sector, they will be given an interest-free loan of up to ₹10 lakh.
