PM Kisan Yojana 22nd Installment: Important news has arrived for farmers. The Modi government has made an important announcement regarding the PM Kisan Yojana. If you want to know about the installment of the PM Kisan Yojana, then find out what this announcement is.

Almost everyone is aware of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. It is one of the various schemes implemented by the Government of India for the benefit of farmers. Under this ambitious PM Kisan Yojana launched by the central government, farmers have received over Rs 4 lakh crore so far. This amount was distributed in 21 installments to strengthen the economic condition of farmers across the country. This was officially announced by Union Minister of State for Agriculture Ram Nath Thakur in the Lok Sabha. According to government data, crores of farmers have received this amount.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched this scheme in February 2019 to meet the financial needs of farmers. This assistance is very useful in purchasing seeds and fertilizers needed for agricultural purposes. As a central sector scheme, the entire cost is borne by the Government of India. This funding provides some relief to farmers at a time of rising farming costs.

Under this scheme, each eligible farmer will receive Rs 6,000 in cash per year. This amount will not be given in a lump sum, but in three installments. Once every four months, Rs 2,000 will be deposited into farmers’ accounts. In this way, the government plans to provide farmers with funds for crop investments throughout the year, whenever they need them.

Previously, the implementation of government schemes was hampered by the presence of middlemen. To address this, a robust digital infrastructure has been developed for the PM Kisan Yojana. Consequently, no money is being diverted and is reaching beneficiaries directly. The use of technology has increased transparency. Officials are constantly monitoring to ensure that every eligible farmer receives their share.

All payments under this scheme are made through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Funds are transferred directly to farmers’ bank accounts linked to their Aadhaar numbers. The Aadhaar seeding process has made it easier to weed out fake accounts. Only genuine farmers are receiving benefits from this scheme. This system has completely eliminated the possibility of corruption. Responding to a question in the Lok Sabha, the Minister clarified that farmer welfare is his priority. He said that he is not only providing funds but also ensuring that farmers receive them at the time of sowing. Small and marginal farmers across the country are benefiting the most from this scheme. Even rural farmers are becoming more aware of digital banking.

These revolutionary changes introduced by the central government are strengthening the rural economy. The continued distribution of 21 installments is a testament to the government’s commitment. Experts believe that such cash transfer schemes are essential to bring stability to the agricultural sector. This is expected to reduce the debt burden on farmers to some extent.

The government aims to expand this scheme to more people in the future. Eligibility verification is being conducted periodically through methods like e-KYC. The PM Kisan Yojana has become an important tool for making farming profitable and increasing farmers’ incomes. The Minister assured that this financial assistance will continue without interruption in the future.
