Ladli Behna Yojana– Women Receive Rs 1500, Check Payment Status Now

Ladli Behna Yojana: Many types of schemes are being run by the state governments and the central government with the aim of improving the economic condition of women. In this connection, the Madhya Pradesh government has started the Ladli Behna Yojana. Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1,500 is provided every month to the sisters of the state. Today (13 March 2026), the Madhya Pradesh government has released the 34th installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana. In this, a total of Rs 1836 crore has been transferred to the accounts of 27 lakh sisters.

State Chief Minister Mohan Yadav transferred the 34th installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana to women’s accounts at an event in Gwalior. Previously, women received Rs 1,000 under this scheme, but this amount was later increased to Rs 1,250. Since November of last year, women have begun receiving Rs 1,500.

The Madhya Pradesh government has repeatedly stated that the funding for this scheme will be increased to Rs 3,000. Previously, women received Rs 1,000 per month under this scheme. Later, the amount was increased to Rs 1,250. Currently, the Madhya Pradesh government provides Rs 1,500 per month to women under this scheme.

Speaking at the event, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said, “Today we have given 1,836 crore rupees to 1.25 crore women. Today, I want to tell the Congress members that you were poor and will remain so. We made a promise to the sisters during the elections and we are fulfilling it. We are giving 1,500 rupees now and will give 3,000 rupees in the future.”
