An alert has been issued for heavy rain in Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri and Sehore. Heavy rain is also expected in Datia, Gwalior, Sheopurkalan, Bhind and Satna. A heavy rain alert has been issued for districts such as Rewa and Mauganj.

At the same time, heavy rain is also expected in Bhopal, Raisen, Rajgarh, Niwari and Tikamgarh. Heavy rain is expected in Chhatarpur, Khajuraho, Morena, Chhindwara, Seoni and Balaghat. Heavy rain is expected in Panna, Katni, Maihar, Umaria, Shahdol, Sidhi, Singrauli, and Damoh. Light to heavy rain may also occur in districts such as Jabalpur, Dindori, and Anuppur.

According to the Meteorological Department report, in the last 24 hours, Khirkiya in Harda district of western Madhya Pradesh has received the highest rainfall of 132.6 mm. 125 mm of rain in Udaynagar (Dewas), 123 mm in Meghnagar (Jhabua), 122.6 mm in Timarni (Harda), 115 mm in Narsinghgarh (Rajgarh), and 107 mm in Badnawar (Dhar) have worsened the situation.
