Tata Sierra EV
Tata Motors has confirmed that in 2026 it will launch three new electric cars, including the new Punch EV with Sierra EV and the first model based on the Avinya platform. Sierra EV has been seen on Indian roads several times during testing, making it clear that its development is in advance stage and may launch in early 2026.

Design
Talking about design, Tata Sierra EV will retain its iconic boxy siluette, but it will see many EV-specific changes. The front profile will feature a closed-off grill, full-width LED DRL light bar and split headlamp setup, giving it a futuristic look.
New bumper design, dark inserts and skid plates give it a strong SUV appeal. Side profiles will see flush door handles, new aero-efficient alloy wheels and larger glass window designs considered to be the hallmark of Sierra.

Sierra EV’s cabin may be one of Tata’s most advanced offerings ever. Its triple-screen dashboard layout will be seen first as soon as it steps inside. This will include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch large touchscreen infotainment system, and a separate display for the front passenger.

Battery, Range and Charging
The most important aspect of the Sierra EV will be its battery and range. According to information, this SUV can share its battery pack with Tata Harrier EV. The larger battery pack may be able to deliver a range of over 500 km to the real-world.
