West Bengal 12th Result 2026 OUT: The wait is finally over for students who appeared for the West Bengal Board Higher Secondary Examination 2026. The WBCHSE announced the results today—May 14—at 10:30 AM during a press conference. Students can now visit the official websites, wbchse.wb.gov.in. and wbresults.nic.in, to check their results. To check their results and download their scorecards, students will require their Roll Number and Registration Number.
91.23% Students Pass
The overall pass percentage for the West Bengal Board Class 12 examination stands at 91.23% this year. Once again, girls have outperformed boys. While the overall pass percentage for boys was 91.79%, that for girls was 89.71%.
In addition to the West Bengal Board’s official website, students can also check their results via the official DigiLocker website at digilocker.gov.in. Thus, students can also access and verify their results via DigiLocker.

How To Download the Result via the Official Website?
- Students must visit the WBCHSE official website at wbchse.wb.gov.in.
- Click on the “West Bengal HS Result 2026” link available on the homepage.
- Now, enter the Class 12 roll number and required login credentials
- Click on the submit button.
- West Bengal HS 2026 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the online marksheet and to take a printout for future use.
Toppers’ List Also Released
Along with the Class 12 results, the list of toppers has also been released. The Class 12 toppers’ list has been published on a stream-wise basis. This year, the overall pass percentage in the West Bengal Class 12 examination stood at 91.23%, with girls recording 91.79% and boys 89.71%.
To pass the West Bengal Board Class 12 examination, students must secure a minimum of 30% marks. Following the announcement of the results, if any student feels they have received lower-than-expected marks in any subject, they may apply for scrutiny to have their answer sheets re-evaluated. Additionally, students also have the option to apply for supplementary examinations.
